 CHOOSE THE RIGHT BLOCK FOR YOUR APPLICATION.

 Plain bearing blocks provide great performance in applications with heavy and static loads. Available in 16, 50, 60 and 80mm sheave diamaters.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

- Stainless steel strap for best strength and longer service life

- Stiff glass fibre reinforced cheeks to prevent lines from wedging

- Composite, 50/50 glass fibre/polymide

- Innovative design with "tool-free" sliding swivel locking mechanism

In order to cope with the high loads, the PBB 80 is also equiped with:

- Glass fibre reinforced sheave with teflon bushing

- Bronze top swivel bushings

- Optimised 8/10 shackle with 8mm dia body for good compatibility and 10mm dia pin for high bending resistance

APPLICATIONS

Plain bearing blocks are typically used for heavy and static loads in:

- Halyard tuning

- Mainsheet systems

- Mast foot blocks

- Mast head vlocks

- Boom vang
